Closing costs?! Yeah we know they are due at the close of escrow, but seriously,

what really are closing costs?

And who pays for what? At last, some answers!

Closing Costs are fees paid at the "closing" of a real estate transaction.

("Closing" is the point at the end of the real estate transaction when the title of the property is conveyed to the buyer.)

The chart at the right (link below) breaks down which part of closing costs are incurred between the buyer and the seller. In some cases, these "Closing Costs" can be negotiated between buyer and seller on who pays what.

Closing costs are important in a transaction to make sure that all parties are being appropriately compensated for their part of the transaction.

The best way to be prepared to purchase your next home in Kingman is to be well educated on the home buying process!
